CDH HOPE Baby Shower in honor of Aaron Younce

 Aaron and NC Representative Shirley Randleman, who took time out of her busy schedule to attend and learn about CDH!

On October 16, 2010 a fundraising baby shower was held for our CDH HOPE Totebag Project in honor of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia survivor, Aaron Younce!!!   Thank you so much to Julie Younce and Diane Caudill for putting this together and raising tons of items for the babies!!!

Over 100 CDH Families Assisted!

CHERUBS H.O.P.E Totebag Project
(Helping Other Parents Expecting)

Families Assisted:   CHERUBS has sent HOPE Totebags to over 100 CDH families since September, 2009 thanks to the donations of CDH families and friends from around the world.   CHERUBS sends totebags only to CDH families because they are specificially designed for those affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.

Our first totebag was hand delivered to the family of Andrew Hobbs (photo below).

CHERUBS expects to mail or deliver approximately 150 totebags each year to families affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.

Project Participants:   All CDH families and friends can participate in this project to honor your cherub and to help other CDH famililes.  Each donated item is labeled with the donor's name and the name of the cherub honored.   No member is required to fill entire bags or hold events.  Simply donate what you can, when you can!
